Provides care in the field to assist in the coordination of services to meet the patients care needs. In addition, the Nursing Field Coordinator documents and provides information needed for clinical, regulatory, and financial management of the patient.
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing with 2-3 years' experience in hospital, critical care, or home health nursing.
- Pediatric experience preferred.
Required:
- Current CPR certification/ PALS Certification
- Current Texas RN license
- Current Texas drivers license in good standing
