We are looking for Class 1 drivers to start immediately for our clients based in and around Luton, Dunstable & Leighton Buzzard who are looking for HGV Drivers.
As a HGV Driver you must:
Have C+E License
Have a CPC Card
Have a Digital Tachograph Card
Minimum 1 years experience driving Class 1 due to client insurance purposes
Have less than 8 points on your licence
Have HGV Sat Nav
Have Safety Boots & Hi Vis
HGV Driver responsibilities include:
Transport goods between various locations on behalf of suppliers and customers such as warehouses, distribution centres, retail outlets and construction sites
Client dependant the work can involve HGV Trunking, HGV Long Haul, HGV single drops
Plan deliveries and check route
keep records of your deliveries and driving hours
The successful HGV Driver can expect:
Various shifts available Monday to Friday Days: £18.00 PAYE inclusive of your holiday pay
Monday to Friday Nights: £19.00 PAYE inclusive of your holiday pay
Saturday £19.00 PAYE inclusive of your holiday pay
Sunday / £21.00 PAYE inclusive of your holiday pay
8hr minimum guaranteed pay per day
