HGV Class 1 TRUNKING ROLE - Bridgwater
We are currently recruiting for temporary HGV Class 1 drivers TRUNKING role for our depot in Bridgwater. The role consists of deliveries to NDCs, RDCs and trunking work. MMID is part of a well-established and well known international dairy company with modern and well looked after fleet.
Shift Patterns Available:
0:01 Tuesday - Friday 0:01 Friday - Tuesday 2:00 Thursday - Monday 22:00 Wednesday - Saturday 23:00 Wednesday - Saturday 23:00 Tuesday - Friday
Day pay rates:
- Monday Friday £15.87 (overtime after 47.5hrs £17.85)
- Saturday £17.85
- Sunday and Bank Holidays £23.80
Nights pay rates:
- Monday Friday £18.13 (overtime after 47.5hrs £20.39)
- Saturday £20.39
- Sunday and Bank Holidays £27.19
30-minute break deducted per shift only.
What we are looking for:
- In date DIGI and CPC card
- Enthusiastic, reliable, helpful and organised individual.
- Willing to work weekends.
- Motivated and open to learn new skills.
- Demonstrates an excellent attitude to work.
Your role:
- Driving within the WTD and EU regs and rules.
- Prepping vehicles for delivery.
- Completing vehicles checks.
- Refuelling vehicles.
- The Driver must ensure that the highest levels of customer service are maintained on the round and orders are fulfilled on time and in full.
