Transplant Hepatologist Opportunity - Grand Rapids, MISeeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Transplant Hepatologist to join our team, partnering with our existing physician in a collaborative and well-established gastroenterology practice.Position Highlights
- Join a team of 19 physicians and 11 Advanced Practice Providers offering comprehensive gastroenterology services.
- Generous $50,000 starting bonus.
- High-volume practice with a mix of outpatient and inpatient responsibilities:
- Outpatient: 85% (office-based hepatology, outpatient endoscopy in hepatology and general gastroenterology) - Inpatient: 15% (gastroenterology service including hepatology coverage, 1:7 weeks, 1:10 weekends)- Perform pre- and post-liver transplant patient care and attend weekly Transplant Selection Meetings.
- Supported by specialized programs, including inflammatory bowel disease and interventional endoscopy.
- Monthly satellite location coverage and opportunity to train residents and students.
- Interest in contributing to a future Fellowship program development is welcomed.
Qualifications- Education: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Gastroenterology with Fellowship in Transplant Hepatology.
- Licensure: Active Michigan Physician License (MD or DO).
