• Physician in Practice: 1

• Support Staff : 2 APPs, Reception, Lab
- Social Worker, Referrals

• Required to Supervise APPs: Yes

• Procedures:
- Antineoplastics, Phlebotomies, IV IgG
- Iron Therapy, Bone Marrow Biopsies

• Duties:
- Consults, Follow up care, oversee administration of Antineoplastics in the clinic

• Medical Imaging, Lab & Pharmacy Onsite

• No. of Exam Room: 4

• Trauma Level:

• EMR: Epic

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active IA License or IMLC

• BC

• Fellowship Trained

• Must have experience (highly preferred)

• Accepting new graduates
