- Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: C linical hours (No clinic on Tuesday.)
- Shift Details: M -F
- Patients per day: 18
- Patient Population/Age: 18 and above.
- Skills Required: Outpatient & Inpatient
- EMR: Epic
- Tuesday is used as an Admin day, no patients are scheduled
Requirements:
- Board Certification: Board Certified
- License Required: WA State license/IMLC
- Certification: BLS
- Minimum Experience Required: NA
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
Pay Rate: $ 500 /hr
