Coverage Needed:
- As soon as credentialed - ongoing
- Full-time coverage needed
- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
- Call: expectation is 1 week every 4-6 weeks
- Long-term assignment - Preferred
  - or minimally can do 2 weeks on consecutively
Clinical Information:
- Hematology and call coverage
- Mostly benign Hematology
- Low percentage of malignant hem, but some occasionally as needed
- PPD: approx. 15-20
- General Hem/Onc call rotating with other providers
- Setting: Outpatient clinic
Required:
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Active NV License or IMLC (LOQ in hand)
- Clean background
