Requirements- Monday - Friday clinic schedule (8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.)
- 36 hours of weekly patient contact with possibility of 4.5-day work week
- Outpatient volume: patients per day
- Call: 1:3 weekdays, weekends, and holidays (includes weekday time off after weekend call)
- Manage a range of solid tumor and hematologic conditions including:
- Breast, lung, colon, rectal, and prostate cancers - Benign hematology conditionsQualifications- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology Oncology
- Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in the state of Indiana
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association
