•  Clinic coverage and Marion and Kenton (15-20 patients)
•  Weekend call coverage for Marion/Grady
•  Required to go once a day when on call
•  Schedule:
•  May 20, 2025 (8:30a-5p) Kenton clinic coverage
•  May 27, 2025 (8:30a-5p) Kenton clinic coverage
•  June 2, 2025 (8:30a-5p) Marion clinic coverage
•  June 2, 2025 (night call, 4p-8a) Marion and Kenton
•  June 3, 2025 (8:30a-5p) Kenton clinic coverage
•  June 6, 2025 (8:30a-5p) Marion clinic coverage
•  June 6, 2025 (night call, 4p-8a) Marion and Kenton
•  June 7, 2025 - June 9, 2025, weekend call Marion/Grady and Kenton (starts at 4p on Friday June 6th to 8a on Monday June 9th)
•  June 9, 2025, 830a-5p Marion clinic coverage
•  June 13, 2025 (8:30a-5p) Marion clinic coverage
•  June 16, 2025 (8:30a-5p) Marion clinic coverage
•  June 16, 2025 (night call, 4p-8a) Marion and Kenton
•  June 17, 2025 (830a-5p) Kenton clinic coverage
•  830a-4p for weekday coverage
•  Support staff: 1 app 1 RN 1 MA
•  Amount of coverage needed per month: 1 day
•  Patients per day: 15-18
•  Patient population/age: 18yr and older
•  Hematology/Oncology Clinic
•  Outpatient Clinic/Call Responsibilities:
•  Checking EPIC In Basket Daily/Empty daily (will be attached to previous Locums)
•  Placing own orders (nurses will help if needed) Do not override ABN warnings
•  Sign outpatient notes by EOD or End of following day. Report off to next provider in On Call Rotation
•  Take after call coverage when scheduled
•  Round on any assigned inpatients in the morning-repeat as needed and complete consult notes by end of day
•  EMR: EPIC
•  No hospital attention
•  No special procedures
•  Practice Setting: Hospital
•  Board Certification in Oncology - Required
•  Active OH license or IMLC LOQ
•  DEA - Required
•  Minimum experience required: 1 year
