Hematology/Oncology
• Start Date: May 27, 2025
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., plus call coverage
• Patient Volume: Average of 15-18 patients per shift
• Support Staff: 1 Midlevel, 1 Medical Assistant (MA), 1 Registered Nurse (RN)
• EMR: EPIC
Skills Required:
• Board Certified Hematology/Oncology
• Active Ohio medical license or IMLC eligible
Credentialing:
• Temporary Privileges: Available
• Full Privileges: 45-90 days
• Assistance with Credentialing: Provided
