Hematology/Oncology Physician

Coverage Needed:

• July 1 - December 31, 2025
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
• Full-time preferred, but will consider providers available for at least three weeks per month

Clinical Details:

• Practice Setting: Outpatient
• Patients Per Shift: 16-20
• EMR System: Epic
• Support Staff: 1 RN, 1 MA, 6 PA/NPs, 4 Office Staff

Requirements:

• Board Certification: Required
• Fellowship: Preferred
• License: Must be licensed in WA or through IMLC
• BLS Certification: Required
