• % of Practice: 50% Hem; 50% Onc

• Physicians in Practice: 2 Rad Onco; 4 APPs

• Required Procedures:
- Mgmt of VAD/CV Catheters & Intrathecal Chemo

• Required Duties:
- Participation on a Tumor Board
- Orders Tests and Images
- Prescribes

• Trauma Level: III

• EMR: Mosaiq

• Other Info:
- Nurse administers chemo according to the orders from the physician.
- Outpatient survivorship clinic & genetics clinic.
- Available at least 4 days/week

Requirements:

• Active IA License/IMLC

• BC/BE

• BLS

• Must have Oncology experience
