Locum Hematologist/Oncologist Opening in Oklahoma City, OK
(CALL + CLINIC)
Dates: July 1, 2025 to ongoing. Coverage is needed due to permanent vacancy.

Job Details:
Outpatient and inpatient Hematology/Oncology coverage
Monday Friday, 8am 5pm clinical schedule
Call: 2 3 weekday calls/week + 1 weekend call every 10 weeks
Responsibilities include:
oPatient examinations & treatment plan administration
oSymptom management and supportive care
oNew patient consults (heme/onc)
oCommunication and coordination with care team
oHospital rounds
oAccurate EMR documentation (Epic)
Facility features:
oOn-site infusion center and specialty pharmacy
oGenetic testing and counseling, psycho-social support, survivorship care
oMultidisciplinary oncology team support
Requirements:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology
Fellowship training in Hematology and Oncology (2 required)
Active OK license or IMLC eligible
BLS, ACLS, ATLS required
Estimated credentialing: days
Beeper call response time: within 15 minutes
Provider must obtain hospital privileges (no temp privileges available)
