Job Overview: We are seeking a Board-Certified Hematology/Oncology Physician (MD/DO) to provide outpatient and inpatient consultative services in a hospital-based setting. This position offers flexible scheduling options (full-time or part-time) with a strong support team.
Key Responsibilities: - Clinic coverage: Monday - Thursday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
- Patient Load: 12-15 patients per day (new and follow-ups).
- Inpatient Consults & Rounding: Support for hospitalized oncology patients.
- Call Requirements:
- One weeknight call per week.
- Occasional 24-hour weekend call.
- Solo provider role with inpatient APP support during normal hours.
Requirements: - Board-Certified in Hematology/Oncology.
- Maryland Medical License (will consider candidates needing to obtain a license).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Hematology/Oncology.
- BLS Certification required.
- DEA & Maryland CSR License required.
- Must have at least 3 days of availability per week to be considered.
