Description:
  • Full-time position
  • Working CMO role ( 10 hours a month for admin duties)
  • Call Rotation: 1:5
  • Mon-Fri (but there may be an option for a 4.5 day workweek)
  • Supervising 2x Clinical Provider teams for total of 3x Physicians and 6x APs
  • Base Salary Guarantee- 569k plus RVU and Quality (on average our physicians range 700k-1m)
  • 20k Administrative Stipend paid annually
  • 20k Starting Bonus
  • 30k Retention Bonus- paid at 2nd anniversary
  • 20k Relocation
  • $6,500 annual CME
