Job Summary:
Supreme Services is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Tier 1 Helpdesk Technician to join our IT
team in Houma, Louisiana. As the first line of support, you will assist users with basic technical issues and
provide top-notch customer service to keep our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to helpdesk tickets, phone calls, and emails in a prompt and professional manner
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues
- Provide support for desktop/laptop systems, printers, and mobile devices
- Perform password resets and basic user account management
- Document issues and resolutions; escalate complex problems as needed
- Maintain and update support documentation and knowledge base
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow-up
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or technical degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in IT support or a related customer service role
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A+ Certification or similar is a plus
