Helpdesk Specialist with Security Clearance

One Federal Solution (OFS) seeks a Helpdesk Specialist to join our team in Arlington, VA. The Helpdesk Specialist will provide critical analytic and technical support for the DEA's Financial Systems, primarily focused on Momentum (UFMS) and FIRST applications. The role involves troubleshooting complex user issues, supporting system enhancements, conducting system and regression testing, and maintaining user documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with federal financial systems, and the ability to communicate solutions effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Helpdesk Specialist Task and Duties:
• Provide Tier 2 Helpdesk Analytic support for Momentum (UFMS) and FIRST system applications, including extensive troubleshooting of user issues and communicating resolutions and trends.

• Deliver specialized support and expertise in Vendor Management, Security/User access, and G invoicing.

• Perform System and Regression Testing for UFMS and FIRST applications.

• Serve as a Systems Analyst for FIRST enhancements, including requirements analysis, customer and developer collaboration, and testing.

• Update and maintain user documentation as needed. Helpdesk Specialist Qualifications:
• Prior experience with Momentum (UFMS) and FIRST is required.

• Experience with FIRST is desirable.

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
