Helpdesk III resource ideally with ITSM history/exposure. Here is a quick rundown of the position (see attached for full job description):
  • RateùUp to $30.00/hour in a c2c/1099 structure
  • Client Location ù Hill Farms State Office building, Madison, WI
  • Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite (5 days a week). Candidates must either be Wisconsin residents or be willing to relocate to Wisconsin within daily commute distance of the CLIENT LOCATION at their own expense before starting the role.
  • Required Skills: Helpdesk Roles (6+ years), Hardware Support, Software Support.
  • Nice To Have Skills ø ITSM, ITIL 4, CompTIA A+, PMP
