Were looking for a dedicated Helpdesk Analyst to support a secure, mission-critical Department of Defense (DoD) environment. This role requires a strong technical background, commitment to operational readiness, and the ability to handle sensitive, classified systems with the utmost integrity.
Position: Helpdesk Analyst
Location: Colorado Spring,CO
Type: Full-Time
Clearance: Active DoD Top Secret with SCI eligibility REQUIRED
Minimum Qualifications:
1+ year of direct technical experience
2+ years of overall professional work experience
High School diploma or GED
2+ years of customer service experience
Experience with peripherals: KVMs, card readers, servers, printers, and monitors
Must complete MDC crew qualification within 60 days of onboarding
Proven experience handling highly classified systems, data, and environments
Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Reliable transportation and ability to remain on-site during emergencies or readiness exercises
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong technical & communication skills for interfacing with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with DoD cryptographic equipment and handling procedures
Experience troubleshooting Linux, Unix, or Solaris OS, networks, and systems
Knowledge of DoD messaging systems and protocols
Background in high-availability, mission-critical environments
Compliance with DoD 8140 IAT II (e.g., Security+ CE certification)
