We are looking for a full time junior help desk technician (minimum 3 years experience) to work off-hour shifts (4am - noon, OR, 5am - 1pm, OR 6pm - 2am) for our Federal client (civilian agency) in downtown Philadelphia. It's an excellent team and a nice work environment, in a highly stable role. You will be supporting internal business and administrative customers.
Here are the critical requirements:
- Able to work both independently and on a team
- Top notch communication skills - very important - responsive
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Office Experience
- iPhone Support
- Printer Support
- ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing system
The nice to haves are:
- Active Directory Experience
- Any kind of government clearance
This role will require a basic clearance level, and U.S. Citizenship is required. You will be required to undergo a basic clearance process (credit, criminal, education checks etc).
