Help Desk Technician Job Responsibilities:

• Provides first level of support for IT Help Desk requests.

• Assist in the coordination to repair and support all hardware/software across all of Brinkley RV locations.

• Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.

• Coordinate and communicate with impacted individuals on the issues reported in IT Help Desk Request.

• Engage with members of the IT team as well as other departments to ensure issue resolution and support.

• Participate in planning and execution of IT-supported rollouts and software, hardware upgrades, and other projects.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• Minimum of Associates Degree in technology related field, which can be offset by MCSA or other specialized training (A+, CompTIA).

• 1-2 years of proven system support experience preferred

• Prior information technology or systems administration experience preferred
