Full-time roleJob Description: Answers incoming help requests from staff and residents. Logs/Updates all requests in helpdesk ticketing system. Provides Tier I support and training on applications, printers and systems. Performs PC installs and maintenance under the direction of supervisor. Serves as phone system technician.
Requirements:- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access and Project
- Two years help-desk support and computing experience with a high degree of fluency in computer literacy practices and procedures
- BA/BS degree in computer science or equivalent combination of work-related experience and education
- Working knowledge of:
- Microsoft operating systems and LAN and WAN technologies
- WiFi technologies
- Relevant software, hardware and equipment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including on-call hours
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Some local travel required
