Full-time role

Job Description:

Answers incoming help requests from staff and residents. Logs/Updates all requests in helpdesk ticketing system. Provides Tier I support and training on applications, printers and systems. Performs PC installs and maintenance under the direction of supervisor. Serves as phone system technician.

Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access and Project
  • Two years help-desk support and computing experience with a high degree of fluency in computer literacy practices and procedures
  • BA/BS degree in computer science or equivalent combination of work-related experience and education
  • Working knowledge of:
    • Microsoft operating systems and LAN and WAN technologies
    • WiFi technologies
    • Relevant software, hardware and equipment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including on-call hours
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Some local travel required
