This company is looking to hire a Help Desk Technician who takes initiative and has go getter energy to join their growing team. This is onsite in Downtown Denver, CO in a new office space and the company gives every other Friday off.
Key Requirements:
- Associate's Degree
- 2+ years of experience in a Help Desk Technician role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Intune and AutoPilot
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite
- Experience and independence to contribute effectively with minimal oversight
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for incoming queries regarding computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware/software issues with precision.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and peripherals.
- Collaborate with the IT Director to resolve complex technical problems.
- Document all incidents and solutions for future reference and process improvement.
- Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets.
- Streamline onboarding processes by utilizing automation tools within Microsoft Entra.
- Ensure compliance with IT security protocols and company data protection policies
