Blended role: Help Desk Technician-working directly with sales and clients.

Assist with all software and app solutions, work with Engineers and the Sales team to optimize solutions. Build strong relationships with the customers (mostly by phone) to have a great technical support team to assist them, and solve product issue quickly.

-Writes technical manuals for software and app solutions and proficient in software installation and usage.

-Train customers on software and app solutions.

Database: Assists IT to maintain technical support management and tracking system.

Knowledge/Skills: Familiar with MS SQL and MS ACESS database. Time management is extremely important you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills and strong ability on technical writing.

$24 to $27 per hour. Temporary-to-hire opportunity. Benefits once hired as a regular staff member.

8:30-5:30 Monday to Friday. Background Check required.
