Help Desk Support with Security Clearance

Help Desk opening located in San Antonio, Texas. Must have a TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance. M-F 2pm-10pm or 3pm-11pm
• Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software
• May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals
• Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions
• Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites
• Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure HS or GED and 5 years of exp OR BS and no experience. Must have an IAT Level I certification OR IAT Level 1 certificate is required within 6 months of start date. Salary range: $55,000 - $59,000, to start.
