Job Title: Service Desk Agent I

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Onsite)

Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Pay Rate: $27/hr - $32/hr

Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM (Must be open to rotating shifts, including nights/weekends)



equirements:

  • High School Diploma required (Associate's Degree in IT preferred).
  • 3+ years of general IT experience, including 2+ years of Service Desk/Help Desk support.
  • Experience working in a call center or high-volume ticketing environment (30+ tickets/day).
  • Proficient in Active Directory, SCCM, and remote support tools (e.g., GoToAssist).
  • Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Must be available to work any assigned shift (morning, mid, or night; 24/7 support model).
