How you'll make a difference? Responsible for troubleshooting and delivering solutions to end user issues with the Orthofix network and computer applications. As a member of a team, this position will assist in maintaining the corporation's computer infrastructure including servers, desktops/laptops, mobile technology and network.
What will be your Duties and Responsibilities? Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot complex problems and support end users' computer and applications on the network.
- Provide basic network troubleshooting and diagnosis to the LAN Administrators.
- Monitor and make recommendations regarding user training needs.
- Provide mobile phone support to the end user.
- Provide seamless printing support to the end user.
- Coordinate with other Information Technology team members in resolving issues to the customer's satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure all issues have been resolved.
- Provide excellent customer service.
What skills you'll need? - Experience with desktop/laptop systems, Microsoft Windows and all types of miscellaneous hardware.
- Experience managing MS Office Applications.
- A good base knowledge with Servers and Networking including WiFi.
- Ability to handle a high volume of requests, multiple tasks and customers simultaneously.
- Must be able to communicate well with end users, through email, phone, and in person.
- Take on-call support for after hours and weekends.
- Regular Attendance required.
Nonessential Skills, Experience and Qualifications (not necessary but preferred): - Experience with A/V equipment, including Teams rooms.
- Experience with various brand of Tablets and MAC IOS devices.
- Experience working in a VM server environment.
- Experience supporting and maintaining corporate phone system and/or cell phones (iPhone, Android ).
- Oracle administration experience is a plus.

- Regularly required to sit for extended periods of time; frequently required to stand, walk and use business equipment daily such as a computer, copier, telephone, etc.; occasionally required to reach overhead, bend, and lift objects of up to 35 lbs.

The anticipated base hourly rate for an employee who is located in California this position is $32.00 to $36.00 per hour, plus bonus, and benefits. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type and years of experience within the industry, education, etc. The Company is a multi-state employer and this pay scale may not reflect the pay scale for an employee who works in other states or locations.
