To be proficient, the ideal candidate would need to have experience with the following:


  • Help Desk support for approximately (100)+ end users working remote and on-prem with support for the following compute devices: Desktop PC's, laptops, phones and tablets and peripherals (printers, scanners, docking stations etc )
  • Network support for our main office (Springfield, NJ) consisting of redundant internet connections, high availability firewalls, switches, routers and wireless access points
  • Experience managing and configuring users, domain joined PC's, groups, policies, cyber-security services and other key aspects of a fully cloud-based network powered by Microsoft 365 services such as Entra, Intune, Exchange Online, Sharepoint, OneDrive etc
  • Experience with supporting Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PP etc )
  • Experience with configuring and deploying End Point Protection Software / Anti-virus (we presently use SentinelOne)
  • Experience with Remote Tools (we presently use GoTo Resolve)
  • Experience with Messaging Apps (we use Slack and Teams)
  • Ability to support various cloud products such as the following:
  • Quickbooks
  • Cloud VPN software
  • VOIP systems
  • Cloud storage solutions (i.e. dropbox; Google Drive etc )
