BGSF is seeking Help Desk Support.


As a Help Desk Support Specialist, provides world-class tech support to fellow employees in a complex environment that moves at a lightning-fast pace. The Help Desk Support within a team and independently, anticipating and responding to the needs of other brands team members with technical request. Support and install approved SW/HW, diagnose complex emergent hardware and software issues, and provides ongoing support for the equipment employees use in their day-to-day work. Looking someone with communication skills and a friendly personality, ensuring fellow team members and customers of the service desk know they are in the right hands to fix their technical problems, calmly, politely and with urgency when needed.
