Job Title: Remote Help Desk Support

Job Description:

We are looking for a work from home Help Desk Support Specialist to assist customers and employees with troubleshooting issues, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless support experience. You will provide assistance via phone, email, and chat , guiding users through solutions and escalating technical issues when needed. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical and non-technical support to customers and employees via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot basic software, account access, and system navigation issues.
  • Document and track support tickets using help desk software (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow, Freshdesk).
  • Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and resolutions for customer and internal support inquiries.
  • Stay updated on company systems, policies, and support procedures.
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in help desk, customer support, or IT support.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple inquiries.
  • Comfortable using help desk software, ticketing systems, and basic troubleshooting tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with remote desktop support, ticketing systems, or troubleshooting common software issues.
  • Knowledge of customer support best practices.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Hourly Pay: $23 - $31 per hour (based on experience).
