Wheeler Staffing Partners is hiring a Help Desk Support II professional to provide high-level technical and customer support in a fast-paced, high-visibility corporate environment in Scottsdale, AZ. This fully onsite, year-long contract role supports key personnel-including the CEO and executive team-across multiple departments and brands.
You'll be a critical part of a hands-on IT support team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while providing top-tier service to internal team members at all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline technical support both in person and over the phone.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across a range of systems and tools.
- Assist users with technologies such as Windows 11, Office 365, Intune, Zoom, SharePoint , Okta , VPN, VoIP, and others.
- Accurately manage and update support tickets using Jira Software Management.
- Support imaging, shipping, and packing of IT equipment and peripherals.
- Install and maintain approved software and hardware.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with clear, calm, and professional communication-especially when supporting executives and high-level stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of IT support experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; professional demeanor required.
- Familiarity with systems and tools including:
- Windows 11, Office 365, Intune, Web Applications
- SharePoint, Okta, Zoom, Beyond Trust, Oomnitza
- Wireless technologies, VPN, VoIP
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday.
