Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking a Part Time Help Desk Specialist who will support a government contract in Colorado Springs, CO. Responsibilities for the Help Desk Specialist: Assist customers, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate technical support. Account creations, account lockouts, password changes. Record events and problems and their resolution in logs Follow-up and update customer status and information Log and route service requests and incidents in an incident management system Maintain service level agreements related to Desk Side support Service/Incident requests Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support team member Establish phone bridge with next level of support and customer leads per SOP's Qualifications for the Help Desk Specialist: 0- 2 years of relative experience Expirence with systems such as: Remedy, ServiceNow Clearance: Secret Compensation for the Help Desk Specialist: $18 - $20 Depending on Experience. Cigna Medical, dental, vision, Holidays, 401k, PTO and Sick leave as required by law
