Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Help Desk Specialist in Colorado Springs, CO Responsibilities of the Help Desk Specialist include: First contact for customers needing technical assistance with tickets, phone calls, emails, or in person support Troubleshoot problems, coordinate technical support Logs events and problems and follows up to update customer status Maintains service level agreements related to desk side support and incidents Escalates unresolved issues to next level support team Converts data to a customer defined format such as XML for ingest into system Qualifications for the Help Desk Specialist include: 1-3 years of help desk/service desk/call center experience Experience with ticketing systems such as Remedy or Servicenow ACTIVE DoD Secret Clearance Willingness to go on site 5 days a week in Colorado Springs Compensation for the Help Desk Specialist include: Salary: 35,000-40,000 Depending on Experience and Education Level
