Job Description: We are currently seeking a
Technology Rollout Call Center Support for a temporary contract position. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a
technology rollout and
IT hardware installation team supporting technicians, vendors, and contractors during the implementation of various technology projects.
This is not your typical customer service call center. In this role, you will be primarily handling calls from field technicians and contractors working to implement technology upgrades in stores. The position requires clear communication, troubleshooting skills, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment where multiple projects may be happening simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide first-level technical support to field technicians and contractors who are implementing technology and hardware upgrades in stores.
- Handle incoming calls from technicians, contractors, and vendors, assisting them with any issues they encounter during the technology rollout process.
- Perform outbound calls as needed.
- Update and track all calls and activities in a tracking application.
- Perform system validations and assist in updating project statuses.
- When not on calls, provide updates through email, Excel, and other tools.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all are progressing according to schedule.
- Follow project implementation protocols to ensure the successful completion of technology rollouts.

- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel preferred.
- IT hardware installation experience is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
