Scope of Work:

Duties include providing both internal and external IT customer support of the new E- Procurement System, assistance with the training program and related Duties are performed under the general direction of the Customer Support Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities.

Provide an introductory process

Assign work

Set the schedule

Provide high-level oversight

Provide performance feedback

Establish invoice process

Approve invoices submitted for work performed

Provide necessary resources

Resolve issues

Required Skills:

o Considerable Help desk/ Call Center experience

o Advanced PC and network troubleshooting skills

o Knowledge of interfaces

o Thorough knowledge of help desk software and procedures

o Able to troubleshoot, analyze issues, recommend effective solutions without direction.

o Working knowledge of training principles and practices

o Knowledge of the principles and practices of public relations

o Strong ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in the interpretation and application of federal, state and departmental policies, rules and regulations

o Strong ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
