Job Title: Help Desk Specialist
Contract: 8 Months
Pay Rate: $30/ HR W-2
Location: Minneapolis, MN On-Site Schedule
Job Description:Provide Level 2 helpdesk support. Answers to more complex questions about installation and operation of assigned products and escalating all other issues to Level 3 support. Responsibilities include maintaining, developing and supporting personal computers, servers, local and wide area network, software, and data communications technologies. Travel within the metro area is required.
