Essential Duties & Responsibilities Description: We are seeking a
Help Desk Manager to join our team at
TGTG, LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our IT infrastructure while ensuring the reliability and performance of our systems. Your expertise will play a critical role in supporting our mission to provide exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Manage the daily operations of the helpdesk team to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Develop and implement helpdesk policies and procedures to enhance service delivery.
- Provide training and support to helpdesk staff to improve their technical skills and customer service.
- Monitor helpdesk performance metrics and prepare reports for management review.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Ensure that all client inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.
Required Skills & Experience - Minimum Bachelor's Degree
- 6+ years of experience required
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with IPsec, FTP, ESXi, and Juniper technologies is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and operating systems administration.
- Experience with network administration and troubleshooting software issues.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
