Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Help Desk Technician to support a restricted program in Reston, VA. The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for providing support for end users to troubleshoot and resolve their issues. The Help Desk Technician will have exposure to Microsoft's cloud computing platform, Azure. There will be shifts for 24x7 operations ranging from 1st shift to overnight. The Responsibilities of the Help Desk Technician include: Respond to end users via phone and email Troubleshooting and break/fix computer hardware and software Handle ticketing system and escalate issues The Qualifications of the Help Desk Technician include: 1+ years of experience in Information Technology or Help Desk/Service Desk Working knowledge in troubleshooting and configuring computer hardware and software Active TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance The Compensation for the Help Desk Technician include: $80,000 - $95,000 depending on years of experience and degree Full Benefits -Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Holidays, PTO Sick Leave if required by law This job opens for applications on 1/9/2025.
