Help Desk Analyst with Security Clearance

Active Secret clearance needed for consideration Zachary Piper Solutions seeks a Help Desk Analyst to provide customer support and technical assistance to users supporting a large scale, DoD program in Arlington, VA . This is a long term project supporting Mission Critical work. This opportunity is fully on-site and requires a Secret Clearance as well as a Security+ certification for consideration. Responsibilities: Maintain Government mobile phone administration Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and security protocols.
Perform system imaging and deployment of operating systems and software applications to ensure consistent and efficient setup of new and existing workstations.
Troubleshoot and resolve Tier I and II incidents to include: system inquiries, requests, incidents, software installation, printer support, hardware support (desktop, laptop, peripheral). Perform in-person customer service and phone support service to 4,000 end-user community . Perform trouble ticket action to include updates with quality notes, customer communication, and resolution within established service level agreements. Provide VIP support and communication regarding status of incident troubleshooting and resolution. Qualifications: A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in alike setting. Security+ certification Active Secret Clearance Compensation: $65,000 - $72,000
