Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 We're seeking a skilled
IT Systems & Network Administrator to lead the planning, implementation, and support of our IT infrastructure in a fast-paced production environment. This role combines hands-on technical support with strategic oversight of systems, networks, and user resources.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage and support end-user systems, desktop applications, and network infrastructure.
- Plan and execute hardware/software upgrades, configurations, and policy development.
- Maintain asset inventories, technical documentation, and compliance procedures.
- Deploy and troubleshoot servers, workstations, and security systems.
- Support application development teams and improve operational performance.
Qualifications: - Diploma or degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, network protocols, security tools, and hardware.
- Experience with LAN/WAN, firewalls, VDI, and enterprise software.
- Ability to work independently and mentor junior staff.
