Overview:
We're seeking a highly motivated and polished Help Desk Support Analyst to join a dynamic and fast-paced investment firm. This is a rare opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional (1-3 years of experience) to gain hands-on exposure to cutting-edge technologies while learning the ins and outs of the buy-side financial industry. You'll be mentored by experienced technologists and given the tools to grow - both technically and professionally - from day one.
What You'll Do:
- Provide first-level IT support to users across the firm
- Troubleshoot and escalate hardware, software, and connectivity issues as needed
- Support Microsoft-based environments (Windows, Office, etc.)
- Assist with user account setup, permissions, and configuration
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve issues and improve support workflows
- Document issues, resolutions, and procedures to contribute to the team's knowledge base
