Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a qualified Help Desk Analyst to support a stable and growing organization based out of Arlington, VA. The Help Desk Analyst will support the 7 AM-4PM shift. This position is fully onsite in Arlington, VA and requires a Secret clearance or higher. Responsibilities of the Help Desk Analyst: Maintain Government mobile phone administration
Resolve Tier I and II incidents to include: system inquiries, requests, incidents, software installation, printer support, hardware support (desktop, laptop, peripheral).
Perform in-person customer service and phone support service to 4,000 end-user community. Perform trouble ticket action to include updates with quality notes, customer communication, and resolution within established service level agreements.
Provide VIP support and communication regarding status of incident troubleshooting and resolution. Efficiently handle high volume ticket queue by supporting 50 - 100 tickets daily.
Qualifications of the Help Desk Analyst: 3+ years of experience in an IT support help desk role.
Familiarity with DISA purebred application (or other MDM tool)
CompTIA Security + ce or another DoD 8570 IAT II Certification
Active Secret clearance or higher required Compensation for the Help Desk Analyst: Salary: $55,000-68,000/year flexible based on experience
