Hedge Fund Accounting Manager
QUAD is currently seeking a Hedge Fund Accounting Manager for a highly respected financial services client located in the Exton, PA area. Hybrid work environment. Hedge fund and team supervisory experience required.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing staff workflow, career development, performance evaluations, and rules and regulations training
- Compiling and reviewing regulatory reports, including Forms SLT and PF
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and audit firms
- Creating and reviewing engagements reports
- Performing client issues and fund accounting troubleshooting
- Supporting fund accounting and reporting functions
- Assisting with pronouncements identification and research
Skills/ Competencies:
- 4-6 years related experience; hedge funds required
- 3+ years overseeing an accounting/auditing team
- Advanced GAAP and IFRS proficiency
- Regulatory Compliance requirements knowledge
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong communications skills
Additional Details:
Salary: To $125k
Employment Type: Direct Hire
