We are looking for a highly skilled
Heavy to join our team in
Monroe, LA. at our landfill.
- First shift, starting at 10:00 a.m. Working 10-12 hours a day, 50- 60 hours a week. Monday - Friday, occasional Saturday's.
- Pay Range: $20/hr. - 26/hr.
- Tool allowance of $150 per month towards your tool kit.
- On top of competitive wages, we offer excellent benefits, 401k match $1 per $1, and vacation.
Job Summary
Performing preventative maintenance , repairs on hydraulic and electrical systems , along with parts replacement and minor engine repair on our garbage trucks and heavy equipment.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in diesel/heavy truck fleet maintenance.
- Heavy equipment operating experience.
- ASE Certified is a plus.
- Class A or B CDL is a plus.
The salary range for this position is $20/hr. - 26/hr. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
