Heavy Equipment Field Service Technician Farmington, NM $34-$36 per hour $500 Monthly Bonus
We are partnering with a major retail heavy equipment company that is experiencing strong growth and looking to invest in top talent. They are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Field Service Mechanic to join their team. If you have expertise in diagnostics, diesel engine repair, hydraulics, and electrical systems, this is a great opportunity to work with an industry leader in the Farmington, NM area.
ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical repair needs
Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Perform routine preventative maintenance on fuels, fluids, lubrication, and industrial hydraulic, electrical, air, and water systems
Conduct inspections and document service records
Follow all company and industry regulations to ensure safety and compliance
Occasional field service work as needed
Experience & QualificationsFive or more years of experience servicing and maintaining industrial heavy equipment
High school diploma or GED
Must be a team player with strong communication skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL is a plus but not required)
Compensation & Benefits$34 - $36 per hour, plus a $500 monthly efficiency bonus
