What You'll Do:
- Manage all aspects of geotechnical, drilling, and pile driving projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
- Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Oversee drilling and pile driving operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure project specifications and requirements are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide leadership to on-site teams.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are achieved.
What They'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in deep foundations, with a focus on geotechnical projects.
- Proven experience in drilling and pile driving operations.
- Familiarity with various drill rigs and pile driving equipment.
- Strong project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
