Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Heating Air Conditioning Technician role located in Severna Park, MD. The Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, plumbing, preventive maintenance, EPA compliance, and working with electricity in HVAC systems.
Qualifications
- Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance skills
- Plumbing skills
- EPA Certification
- Experience working with Electricity in HVAC systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant HVAC certifications are a plus
- Journeyman License
- Residential and light commercial experience
Our Company will supply work truck, gas card, 2 weeks vacation starting after 3 month probation period.
