Who You Are:- A seasoned HVAC service technician with 8+ years of hands-on experience
- Personable, professional, and trustworthy-you know how to connect with homeowners
- Skilled in servicing and maintaining a variety of systems:
- Heat pumps
- Mini splits
- Furnaces
- Boilers
- Familiar with mobile field tools (we use Housecall Pro, CompanyCam, and MeasureQuick)
- Open to mentoring junior techs and helping build a field team from the ground up
- Adaptable, curious, and ready to learn more about building science and indoor air quality
- Maybe a little disenchanted with the corporate grind-and looking for something more mission-driven
