Role Description
The responsibilities include performing troubleshooting for HVAC systems, conducting preventive maintenance and repairs, servicing HVAC equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Help others when needed. Be able to work in the elements. The Technician will also work on plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems and adhere to EPA guidelines.
Qualifications
- Skills in Troubleshooting HVAC systems
- Knowledge of Plumbing related to HVAC
- Experience with Preventive Maintenance practices
- Familiarity with EPA regulations and safety standards
- Understanding of Electricity and electrical systems
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or GED; technical or trade school certification is a plus
