Second Shift HVAC Service Technician

We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician for our second shift (M-F 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm).This client sets a higher standard-our technicians take pride in their work, maintain professionalism on every job, and embrace our service approach. Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial HVAC systems.
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience in line with company standards.
  • Provide technical feedback to the Service Manager regarding training needs, inventory, and pricing.
  • Participate in utility programs and retrofit installations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Positive attitude and commitment to professionalism.
  • 3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred.
  • HVAC education or a strong mechanical background is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean and insurable record.
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams.
  • Experienced with a variety of HVAC equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Strong decision-making skills for repairs and replacements.
  • Advanced customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of sheet metal practices and air balancing techniques.
  • NATE certification is a plus.
